Who we are

Our Director is John Bowman, who oversees our programmes and manages our recording studios. John is author and National Trainer for The Notivate Singer/Songwriter Programme.

Notivate has a board of Trustees, who are all passionate about seeing chldren’s lives improved through music:

Neil Barford, Carolyn Beech (Secretary), Sarah Davis, Neil Fraser (Treasurer), Phil Houston (Chairman), Therese Lee and Sue Treasure.

We also have a Youth Advisory Panel, who help the trustees to make the right decisions concerning projects and funding.
