Today marks the official retirement of our Chief Engineer, Andy Crawley. It is not an exaggeration to say that without Andy’s support, encouragement and boundless expertise, Notivate would not have existed. He was there at the start, installing our studios in Northampton and Milton Keynes, then went on to mix and master 1,000 songs for 5,000 children from 100 schools. He’s fixed hardware and software, repaired headphones and cables, recorded rap to jazz… but more importantly, he’s improved the lives of thousands of children and brought a smile to the face of each one he has met. A great man, with an unforgettable laugh, who now deserves a truly epic retirement. Cheers, Andy,
